Job Description

• Strengthen Finfra’s partner acquisition approach by refining target segments, engagement strategies, and partner materials to ensure our outreach remains effective and impactful.
• Lead discovery and solution-driven meetings that foster strong relationships, uncover partner needs, and translate them into opportunities for collaboration.
• Convert opportunities into long-term partnerships that deliver value for both Finfra and our partners, while laying the foundation for scalable growth.
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure partnership strategies align with company objectives, product roadmap, and evolving market opportunities.
• Represent Finfra externally at partner meetings, industry forums, and events to expand our presence and strengthen brand credibility.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Strategic Sales.
• Proven track record in the fintech lending, payments, SaaS, or embedded finance space.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify high-impact opportunities and turn them into concrete outcomes.
• Highly proactive with strong follow-through and ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, capable of building trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of loan products, embedded finance platforms, or regulatory compliance is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
