We are seeking an experienced M&A Operations Manager to support and drive the acquisition, integration, and risk management processes within our growing property group. This role will be pivotal in managing vendor relationships, overseeing due diligence, coordinating legal documentation, and ensuring smooth systems integration across multiple acquisitions.
This is a full time, permanent position located in our Liverpool Street, London office. The role is hybrid, and you will be required to be in the office four days a week with the option to work from one day.

Responsibilities
- Oversee due diligence, risk assessments, and internal/outsourced audits on target businesses.
- Act as the bridge between internal teams, external vendors, and legal advisors, on operational matters to ensure risks are mitigated, and integrations are embedded into our core business processes.
- Manage compliance with lettings regulation, Code of Conduct, and disclosure requirements.
- Work with acquired business to support operational integration
- Work with internal stakeholders to plan system and process migration
- Oversee integration of acquisitions into systems (Reapit, Fixflo, Goodlord) and group processes.
- Produce accurate reporting and analysis on M&A activity, risks, and progress.
- Launch and train ancillary products and services in acquired business.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the property sector is essential.
- Strong knowledge of due diligence, risk management, and compliance.
- Experience liaising with solicitors, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with property/lettings systems (Reapit, Fixflo, Goodlord) is desirable.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
