We are looking for a Commercial Insurance Broker (Client Service Representative) to join our Films and Entertainment team in our Montreal office!

As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible to work with the Client Service Manager to achieve company goals and provide quality service to customers, colleagues, and insurers.

Your day as a Client Service Representative

• Collect and review of underwriting information from clients.
• Issue and format insurance submissions and client presentations.  
• Translate and review documentation.
• Prepare invoicing instructions.
• Respond to clients on certificate of insurance requests.
• Follow-up and review policies, endorsements, and invoices.
• Organize and track deliverables and deadlines for the team EPIC filing.

Our Ideal Candidate

• University degree (preferably in business or finance)
• At least 2 years’ experience in insurance brokerage.
• Insurance broker's license issued by the AMF.
• Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word)
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
