Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Account Coordinator to join our team in Norman, OK, United States. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our account management team and ensuring smooth client relationships.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, presentations, and conference calls
  • Prepare and distribute regular account status reports and updates to internal teams and clients
  • Assist in the development and execution of client projects and campaigns
  • Manage and update client information in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure client satisfaction and profitability
  • Contribute to the creation of client proposals and presentations
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining existing client relationships

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in account coordination or a similar client-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal team members
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and industry trends
