Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Account Coordinator to join our team in Norman, OK, United States. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our account management team and ensuring smooth client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, presentations, and conference calls
- Prepare and distribute regular account status reports and updates to internal teams and clients
- Assist in the development and execution of client projects and campaigns
- Manage and update client information in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure client satisfaction and profitability
- Contribute to the creation of client proposals and presentations
- Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining existing client relationships
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in account coordination or a similar client-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal team members
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and industry trends
