Firmware Engineer

RESPONSIBILITY 岗位职责：
1. Responsible for the development planning, task decomposition, workload estimation and progress tracking of fingerprint lock embedded software modules or the entire system
   负责指纹锁嵌入式软件模块或整系统的开发规划、任务分解、工作量评估和进度跟踪2.  Lead the formulation of firmware development plans and technology selection, and evaluate technical feasibility, resource requirements and potential risks
    主导固件开发方案的制定与技术选型，评估技术可行性、资源需求及潜在风险
3. Responsible for the software compilation and debugging of circuit board 
    负责电路板的软件编译和调试
4. Responsible for the writing of technical documents and test instructions related to the electric control board
    负责技术文档的编写和测试指令相关电气控制
5. Cooperate with hardware engineer, mechanical engineer to carry out product debugging
    配合硬件工程师、机械工程师进行产品调试
6. Participate in customer demand review and product R & D project specification review. 
    参与客户需求评审和产品R & D项目规范审查
7. Comply with the PPCD's EHS regulations
    遵守PPCD的EHS（环境、健康和安全）规定
REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求：
1. Familiar with C programming language, can write all kinds of function flow codes skilfully. 
   熟悉C语言编程语言，能熟练编写各类函数流程代码
2. Proficient in the use of IAR and KEIL development environment.
   精通使用IAR和凯尔的开发环境
3. Good at writing various technical specifications and product test instructions. 
   擅长编写各种技术规范和产品测试指令
4. Understand the working principle of basic electronic circuit.
   理解基本的电子电路的工作原理
5. Possess good project self-management skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to drive the closed-loop solution of complex problems. Candidates with experience as firmware technology leader are preferred
   具备良好的项目自我管理能力和团队协作精神，能够驱动复杂问题的解决闭环，有担任固件技术牵头人经验者优先
6.  Excellent communication skills, able to clearly translate and coordinate technical issues between hardware, software, testing and other teams, and the ability to write high-quality technical documents
   出色的沟通能力，能清晰地在硬件、软件、测试等团队之间进行技术翻译和协调，具备编写高质量技术文档的能力
