We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the critical data migration from legacy banking systems to our new core banking platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition by managing cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with technology vendors. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data migration, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end data migration lifecycle from legacy systems to the new core banking platform, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Manage and coordinate Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and other technical resources to deliver migration objectives on time and within scope.
• Collaborate closely with the target system vendor to align on migration strategy, timelines, and cutover plans.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and task dependencies throughout the migration process.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive progress reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication between business, technical teams, and external vendors to resolve challenges proactively.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous reconciliation and validation processes.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of program/project management experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on core banking transformation projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in data migration methodologies, ETL processes, and data reconciliation techniques.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and external vendors in a complex delivery environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
