As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of designing and building backend systems that power Bolt’s AI-driven customer support automation platform. You’ll primarily code in Node.js and TypeScript (and don’t worry if you haven’t used Node.js before—learning is part of the job!).
You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Operations to design backend services and APIs that enable the support bot to understand customer intent, take intelligent actions, and resolve requests in real time. With a strong product mindset, you'll help define the future of automated support at Bolt.
