Job Description

• - Develop and implement investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk.
• - Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify attractive investment opportunities.
• - Oversee the management of existing investments, including monitoring performance and making adjustments as necessary.
• - Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as treasury, credit, and compliance departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• - Lead negotiations with external fund managers and other counterparties involved in investment transactions.
• - Manage the process of acquiring new subsidiaries or partner banks, including due diligence, contract negotiations, and integration planning.
• Qualifications:
• - Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• - Minimum 10 years of experience in investment management, preferably at a financial institution or asset management firm.
• - Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and risk management techniques.
• - Experience with regulatory compliance requirements in the banking industry.
• - Experience with procurement processes and vendor management.
• - Strong statistical knowledge for analyzing market trends and forecasting investment performance.
• - Experience with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods for investment analysis.
