The Customs Process Administrator plays a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant customs operations. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working across the full customs lifecycle—from order intake to clearance—while receiving structured training and development.

We offer a temporary contract for 12 months.

What You’Ll Do

  • Process import, export, and transit customs declarations using our digital platforms
  • Review and validate documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Support customs investigations and audits
  • Collaborate with internal teams and share process improvement ideas
  • Participate in customs-related projects and initiatives
  • Engage with clients to deliver exceptional service 

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Team player with a continuous improvement attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new systems
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Experience with customs processes such as tariff codes, VAT, incoterms, simplified declarations, or origin verification is an advantage
