Summary:

This clerical position has hours that are Monday thru Friday, 7:00 to 3:30.  Saturday work is required thru a rotation schedule when the plant runs on Saturday.  This position is responsible for checking the payments of inbound

cattle and trucking.   Cattle payment types include live, dressed and grade and yield.  This position also completes the Daily P&L Tie Out and the Weekly P&L Tie Out.  This position will balance A-Shift (3:00 p.m.) and be a backup for the B-Shift balance (5:00 a.m.) when needed. Additional work may be asked at Manager Discretion

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 plus years of office experience a plus.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills.

Special Skills: Good attendance and safety record; ability to work on a team; ability to work with little supervision; detail oriented.
