Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain the bank’s network (fixed and wireless) and Internet service. • Install and maintain the bank’s security service and its security rule sets. • Ensure the bank’s network meet the predefined service level. • Work closely with application development teams in setting up the development/production network according to the development plans and implementation plans. • Participate in application development projects with focus on network design • Monitor the capacity and performance of the bank’s network. • Provide production support to troubleshoot and resolve network related problems. • Support the Disaster Recovery and BCP drill exercise. • Assist to define network & security related policy and baseline. • Enforce and execute problem and change management procedures • Overseas branch support

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate / Diploma in Computer Science are welcome, Degree holder in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred, not a must
• At least 10 years’ experience in networking, Layer7 HTTP/HTTPS header rewrite, DNS hierarchy, security.• Holder of CCNP, CCNP, F5 Certified Administrator, H3CNE, MCSE is preferred, but not a must• ITIL certification is also an added advantage• CISA, CISM, CISSP or other cybersecurity certificate is preferred
• In-depth knowledge in network protocol such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.• Hands-on experience in Cisco, H3C & Huawei network devices• Hands-on experience in different Firewall, F5 Load Balancer, Wifi product• Maintain rule sets of web isolation, web proxy, DLP, etc• Familiar with the latest networking monitoring tools e.g. iMC, LEM, F5 i-rule etc.• Knowledge on various platforms’ operation system.
