What You’Ll Do:

• Supervise and mentor care staff
• Oversee resident care, assessments, and family updates
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and policies
• Support admissions, orders, and documentation
• Oversee facility administration, including census growth, community outreach, and marketing to ensure strong occupancy and visibility.

What We’Re Looking For:

• Current MN RN license (required)
• Assisted Living experience preferred
• Leadership skills and passion for senior care
• $85,000+ starting salary + bonus plan
• PTO, 401(k), health, dental, vision & supplemental insurance
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00am–4:30pm
