What you will do

An exciting opportunity has become available as an Inside Sales Associate within our Global Products Fire Suppression business.

The role is primarily responsible for opportunity qualification, commercialisation, and lifecycle management.

Working closely with the outside sales and customer services teams, you will work in a team to drive revenue growth across all our products - Vehicle, Kitchen Fire Suppression, Engineered systems and Water Mechanical products.

How you will do it

You will proactively sell our products to existing and new customers via phone and/or online (occasionally face-to-face). Core tasks include:

  • Technical Request For Quote (RFQ) review
  • Commercialisation via ERP (SAP) system
  • Opportunity lifecycle management and follow up via CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Co-ordinate referrals and report out KPI’s.
  • Account management; back-order reporting, forecasting, spend review, credit analysis.
  • Basic Engineering activity; drawing review, volume measurements.

  • Excellent written (email) and verbal (telephone / Face-to-face) communication skills.
  • Able to follow structured work practices, via defined workflows meeting key performance indicators.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to partake in tactical commercial decisions.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a B2B product sales environment.
  • Use of ERP (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce.com) Systems
  • Technical knowledge of fire protection products.
