Within Center of Excellence (CoE) SW Foundry, the ALM Domain manager will be responsible for: 

  • ALM Next Generation solutions delivery, deployment & maintenance, 
  • ALM legacy solution maintenance and archiving,
  • Crisis management (esp. Production issue),
  • Optimisation of costs (resources, infrastructure etc.)  
  • Cultural Change management & Adoption of ALM product/services.

For its Domain COE, he/she is in charge of : 

  • ​​Strategy vision & roadmap definition 
  • Respect data, architecture and cybersecurity standards in collaboration with cybersecurity teams 
  • Capacity and talent management 
  • External resources sourcing contracting & management (AMOA, Integrator, Expertise etc.)
  • Financial management (incl MTP/IAR/Budget) 
  • Set up and monitor KPIs reflecting the health/usage of ALM platforms and level of quality of ALM service. 
  • Sponsor the transition to SAFEAgile which is ongoing for the whole CoE.

  • Drive ALM Product Manager to manage visioning and define associated roadmaps (solutions & technologies) to be shared/reviewed with COE lead 
  • Manage mid term plan, budgets, and resources staffing (internal/shared services, contractors) with key contribution of ALM NG Program Director & Projects Managers.
  • Track with ALM Product Manager the consumption of allocated budget for development and level of customization/deviation from ootb strategy.
  • Set up, prepare and/or manage the Domain COE main governance bodies (ie : project management committees, technical committee, change management committee) 
  • Enable strong communication with its key internal/external stakeholders (Chief Technical Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Financial Officer, ..) 
  • Set up and manage the relevant organization to define, deliver, maintain, operate and support the tools and systems 
  • Apply relevant methodologies (ie : SAFEAgile, DevSecOps) promoted by COE 
  • Manage budget spending follow up and reinvoicing 
  • Lead ALM Solution Manager to drive the overall performance of solutions & services (SLA) via standard KPIs, and to harmonize the practices across all domain’s teams.
  • Promote ALM Domain initiatives at CoE and DSIS level.
  • Manage (analyze, qualify and prioritize) new demands from Business Groups in collaboration with Business Partners 
  • Ensure definition and validation of business requirements (BRD) with relevant contributors
  • Ensure management of preliminary studies via benchmark, Proof of Value, Proof of Concept, 
  • Ensure validation of new projects (incl IAR), definition, delivery, and deployment of new solutions 
  • Ensure definition of change/adoption management strategy, and realization of standard training materials 
  • Support change/adoption strategy deployment via Business Partners or Excellence & Change management entity 
  • Ensure management of Value Realization (assessment of usage, monitoring of payback)
  • Support digital continuity at CoE SW Foundry level & DSIS level
  • Drive ALM Integration/Delivery Manager to define / deploy & maintain ALM integration strategy of internal/external components or services (processes, deliverables etc.) from design, development, testing & delivery.
  • Support ALM Integration/Delivery Manager in implementing the different routines & securing key stakeholders involvements. 
  • Support ALM Integration/Delivery Manager & ALM Solution Manager to define & communicate best practices to the teams impacted.
  • Set up the relevant “Run” organization to ensure Application Maintenance and End user Support (L3) 
  • Ensure proper animation of the Key user network 
  • Ensure delivery of standard training material and tools related methodologies 
  • Ensure management of escalation/crisis/complex problem when it occurs (Red Alert) 
  • In collaboration with Sysops team, ensure management of deviation correction based on Sysops KPIs reporting 
  • Ensure the consistency of the functional, applicative, and technical architecture of its Domain COE landscape 
  • Ensure management and control of its COE Domain Master Data 
  • Manage both R&D and IS awareness on new solutions, tools, technologies in his/her area 
  • Identify and deploy new technologies enablers for the COE landscape management 
  • Ensure definition, set up and management of COE tools (ticketing, devops suite, monitoring tool, platforms environments, data analytics...) 
  • Proactively collaborate with Sysops/ IS networks when complex incidents (red alert) occurs and follow up resolution 
  • Ensure coordination with Cybersecurity teams and compliance with relevant standards (or crisis management if occurs) 
  • Ensure compliance with Valeo standards (ISPM, Red Alert, ISQC, NACR, PIRA, GDPR, TISAX, ..) in relationships with the relevant networks / functions 
  • When in charge of Data & Analytics adapt the Standard Data Services Model to COE Organisation and Process for execution. Promote the Usage of R&D DSIS Data Catalogs.
