Billing & Collections Specialist

Overall Mission

The Billing and Collections Specialist is responsible for performing all duties related to the timely and efficient cash posting of receivables within the parameters of CRYOPDP policies. He/she acts as the right hand of the cash collection management team. 

Main Contribution

● Receive and post customer remittances to customer accounts

● Investigate overpayments and underpayments to enable accurate posting

● Processing accounts receivables adjustments for errors or omissions including credits and debits to accounts

● Maintain a clean ledger with minimal aged open transactions

● Process weekly and monthly invoicing and procedures on Accounts Receivables

● Create and produce accounts receivables reports for management review

● Identify problem areas in the process and work to generate solutions

● Maintain an up to date AR operation manual

● Effectively research and analysis unidentified cash receipts daily

● Diligently identifies and problem solves balance discrepancies

● Performing analysis of payment histories and account reconciliations

Required Skills

University degree in Management, Finance or relevant field;

2 years of prior work experience in the Financial Department in a multinational company 

Fluent In English
