- The role: Client Relationship Manager
- Location: Manchester - Hybrid - 3 days in the office
- Contract: Full time, 37.5 hrs per week
- Package: Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission
Job Purpose:
You will join QA as a Client Relationship Manager. You’ll grow existing customer and partner relationships to deliver against specific, measurable targets across a broad spectrum of products and services.
About You:
You'll have a track record of achieving sales targets within the B2B space. You'll be used to working to tight deadlines where high level of accuracy are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of consultative sales techniques
- Understanding of procurement processes
- Knowledge of how to build initial rapport and establishing relationships with decision makers at a strategic level.
- Strong knowledge of the sales cycle from initial contact/prospecting to purchasing service offerings
- Full understanding of how to deliver great customer service
