汇报对象:渠道销售经理

职位简介:

该职位负责通过利盟的渠道合作伙伴开拓华北区域渠道市场,增加利盟产品在所辖区域的市场份额、完成销售额以及销售利润。

岗位职责要求:

专注在所辖区域招募及管理渠道合作伙伴,开拓渠道市场,在市场部的配合下,组织或指导渠道合作伙伴进行不同类型的销售活动,包括项目合作、销售研讨会等。 负责二级分销商的招募、培训、指导及管理工作,在所辖区域进行渠道开拓和管理。 为公司管理层提供专业销售管理意见,包括市场竞争状况、合作伙伴/客户信息反馈、建议采取的市场活动等。 采用高强度的营销手段和销售活动,开拓渠道市场,贯彻公司的渠道政策、市场活动、促销活动等。 通过提供精确的销售情况预期及实现销量,为公司的销售业绩提升做出贡献。 凭借优秀的个人能力和销售经验,配合经销商或者独立完成项目的赢单工作。

行业知识要求:

优秀的销售、市场以及财务管理知识 对华北区域销售市场、渠道分布状况有深入的了解和认识 熟悉复印机&打印机相关产品知识 熟悉IT行业,了解计算机及网络相关知识 对公司竞争对手的产品有深入的了解和认识 对复印机&打印机相关产品在不同行业中的应用有较深的理解

经验要求:

5年以上相关行业资深渠道销售管理经验 拥有SI开拓及管理经验 同时具备渠道&直销经验者的优先考虑
