About the Role
As a Patient Empowerment Manager, you will lead initiatives that educate patients and healthcare professionals, strengthen relationships with healthcare institutions, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your work will directly contribute to GSK’s mission of patient-centric care and healthcare innovation.
 

Key Responsibilities
1. Disease Awareness Campaign Development (40%)

  • Design and execute impactful campaigns focused on pediatrics and adult vaccination awareness.
  • Develop omnichannel communication strategies, including digital platforms, patient education materials, and public events.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify gaps in disease education and tailor campaigns to address these needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are scientifically accurate and resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness using KPIs and refine strategies for optimal impact.

2. Hospital & Healthcare Relationship Management (40%)

  • Build and maintain strategic alliances with hospitals and healthcare institutions to improve patient access to education and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to embed GSK’s disease awareness campaigns within their care models.
  • Define HCP journeys and ensure high-quality implementation of engagements with hospital channels.
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance.

3. Compliance Protocol & Approval Process Management (20%)

  • Oversee the approval process for campaign materials and activities, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and medical teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Ensure all activities comply with GSK standards, local laws, and industry regulations.


What We’re Looking For
Educational Qualifications:
University Degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Public Health, or Medical-related fields.
Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in consumer or pharmaceutical marketing, with expertise in disease awareness campaigns.
  • Proven ability to strategize and implement omnichannel communication plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Minimum 5-10 years in healthcare relationship management or business development roles.
  • Knowledge of therapeutic areas such as Pulmo, Rheuma, Endo, Cardio, Geriatrics, or Neuro is preferred.

Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills to use data insights for decision-making.
