About The Role

Be part of the Oroton legacy as a Seasonal Retail Team Member this festive season - bringing passion, energy, and style to create memorable experiences during one of our most rewarding times of year. 

We are looking for seasonal casuals across: Armadale, Brighton, Chadstone, Doncaster, Emporium, Essendon, Forest Hill, Moorabbin, Myer Melbourne, South Wharf, Uni Hill, and our David Jones locations at Bourke Street, Chadstone, Highpoint, and Southland - with our brand-new Highpoint and Southland concessions due to open soon, bringing even more ways to experience Oroton.

As a brand ambassador, you'll develop a strong understanding of Oroton’s product range, enabling you to deliver a polished and personalised customer experience. You'll offer tailored guidance across our iconic accessories and ready-to-wear collections, helping customers find pieces they’ll truly love. 

During the upcoming festive season, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable moments in-store. From styling support to genuine connection, you'll ensure every customer feels welcomed, valued, and supported - bringing warmth and exceptional service to each interaction. 

What you'll bring to Oroton!

• Proven experience within retail apparel and accessories (essential)
• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed KPIs 
• A proactive mindset with the ability to learn quickly, contribute effectively, and take initiative 
• Impeccable grooming and presentation in line with Oroton’s brand standards 
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 

Seasonal Details

• Multiple positions available! Commencement date from October 2025 - February 2026
• Begin as a seasonal team member, with the opportunity to continue as an ongoing casual - and even step into permanent roles, depending on performance.
• You will be expected to work across a mixture of weekdays and weekends, including extended trading hours and public holidays over the festive period 
• Next steps of the recruitment process will include a group interview on 23 or 25 September 2025
