About The Role
Step into a brand-new chapter with Oroton! We’re opening a fresh new concession at David Jones Highpoint this October 2025 - our very first in this location - and we’re looking for a passionate Part-Time Team Member to help bring this store to life and create an exceptional experience from day one.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable shopping experiences - delivering exceptional service, offering personalised style advice, and making every customer feel valued. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your ability to connect with people and drive results will shine. From assisting customers in finding their perfect pieces to managing high-volume stock and ensuring our products are beautifully presented and easily accessible - your impact will be felt in every corner of the store.
This role is a permanent part-time position offering 21 hours per week with a roster on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (late night), Sunday.

- Work closely with the team to keep the store looking its best. Execute merchandising strategies and create engaging product displays that draw customers in and reflect the brand’s aesthetic.
- Partner with the management team to shape and implement strategies that elevate customer satisfaction, boost sales, and optimise overall store performance.

- Proven experience working in a retail team, consistently achieving KPIs and exceeding store targets
- Strong attention to detail and confident clienteling skills
- A positive, can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- A keen eye for styling and a genuine passion for luxury products
- The ability to energise and uplift the team, creating a fun and motivating atmosphere every day
