Position Description:
The Clinical Implementation Manager is responsible for growing Young Innovations’ Strategic Accounts business. The company’s Strategic Accounts focus includes Dental Support Organizations (DSOs), specifically in the NDSO segment. Their primary responsibility is to drive the implementation of formulary-approved products vertically and horizontally within a given DSO with the purpose of accelerating office conversion to the company’s formulary products and overall wallet-share expansion of the DSO. This role will report to the Director of Strategic Accounts.
Qualifications
Essential Duties:
- Work in conjunction with the Strategic Account Manager and the DSO Office Pull-Through Specialist in an effort to maximize compliance and increase wallet-share.
- Establish conversion goals within select DSO’s and develop plans to achieve them.
- Develop and implement “Turnkey” programs in collaboration with the customer and Young internal team.
- Partner with select Elite DSO C-suite “Mid-level” management in an effort to drive “emersion and compliance” of our formulary products.
- Conduct and coordinate in person and/or virtual trainings and educational events across national, regional and local audiences to drive awareness.
- Conduct individual meetings with key stakeholders to review the Young Program and formulary-approved products.
- Work cross-functionally internally and externally with marketing and clinical teams on the development of training and education materials.
- Key audiences may include VP and Directors of Hygiene and Clinical, Operations, Regional Managers, as well as Regional Hygienists that will influence the specific approved Young products and programs.
Related Duties:
- Work closely with the Director of Clinical Relations and the company’s network of Young Clinical Representatives (YCRs), as deemed necessary, to support clinical presentations and Continuing Education (CE) and additional value-add programs at select strategic accounts.

Minimum Qualifications:
Training And Experience:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree required
- DSO and C-suite experience required
- Previous hygienist experience is preferred
- Must reside within the domestic 48 states.

Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000/yr.
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Within the range, the compensation will be determined based on education/training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs.
