Business Development and Marketing Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic BD & Marketing Coordinator to join our high performing national BD and marketing team in Brisbane. Reporting to the Senior BD Manager, this multifaceted role is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and coordination of a range of BD, marketing and communication activities with a focus on growth across our key client priority markets.

Working closely with the business development and marketing team, partners, legal practitioners and other internal stakeholders, the role is responsible for:

• managing and maintaining the firm's CRM database, including report building
• supporting the wider team in tracking and executing sponsorships and partnerships
• conducting research on potential clients and industry trends
• assisting with the research about and preparation of client presentations, capability statements, legal directory and award submissions
• assisting in the preparation of briefing documents for lawyers before client meetings and pitches.

• maintaining the firm’s bid library, including the updates following the completion of bids.
• supporting the wider team with the planning, execution of client-related events, seminars, webinars for our priority markets
• provide administrative and project support to the wider team

To succeed in this role, you will be naturally driven and curious, organised and have a sharp eye for detail. We are looking for someone with 2 – 3 years experience in a similar role in a professional services environment, who also has:

• marketing or related tertiary qualifications
• an understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and email marketing
• experience with website content management systems (CMS) and CRM systems is desirable
• experience with graphic design applications (eg Indesign, Photoshop, Canva) is desirable
• the confidence to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• is able to do ad hoc outside of hours work to support client events
