Job Description:
The Precision Medicine Support Specialist will report to OneOncology’s Sr. Director, Precision Medicine. This role will play a vital role in interpreting genomic data, facilitating seamless integration of precision oncology technologies, and supporting the evolution of precision medicine services provided to the practices on the OneOncology platform.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with oncologists, pathologists and other specialists to support Molecular Tumor Boards
Facilitate discussions and create formalized reports for the development of personalized treatment plans for cancer patients.
Support clinical trial prescreening, ensuring efficient identification of eligible patients for precision oncology trials.
Support real world data/evidence efforts as it relates to precision medicine.
Collaborate with research teams to streamline data abstraction processes aligned with clinical trial requirements.
Conduct detailed data abstraction from patient records, focusing on molecular and genomic information relevant to precision oncology.
Utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret and analyze genomic data, providing valuable insights for clinical decision-making.
Support the implementation and optimization of precision oncology technologies, supporting the technology team with identifying missing data streams.
Evaluate and recommend technological solutions that enhance the efficiency of genomic data interpretation.
Support development and delivery of educational content and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
Support educational seminars or workshops to enhance awareness and understanding of precision oncology, especially in the context of clinical trial prescreening.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality assurance standards related to precision oncology services, especially in the context of clinical trials.
Implement quality control measures to maintain the accuracy and reliability of genomic data used in clinical trial prescreening.
Support other precision medicine initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (with relevant experience) or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline is required.
3+ years of experience
Specialized knowledge and experience in precision oncology, molecular diagnostics, and genomic data analysis preferred.
Located in Nashville preferred. Remote acceptable if located near a major airport.
