We are looking for enthusiastic team member to support our Conference & Events team as full-time Conference and Events Floor Manager. If you have an eye for detail, strong organisational skills and love being hands on then we would love to hear from you. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will assist in planning & executing conference and event operations, while ensuring guests are provided with a prompt & efficient services. In addition, you will also assist with setup and service for any conferencing and social events that take place at the hotel.

In this role, you will. . .

  • Support operations of various conferences & events, while coordinating with different teams.
  • Maintain conference facilities & equipment
  • Assist with conference catering, lunch and refreshment service during events.
  • Assist the Conference & Events Sales Manager to drive departmental revenues
  • Deliver exceptional 5-star guest experience
  • Use your creativity and out of boxing for handling queries
