About The Role:

As an Actuarial Analyst in the Insurance Actuarial Group of Everest Insurance (a member of Everest Re Group, Ltd.), you’ll support the Financial Lines/Specialty Insurance division—covering Public and Private D&O, Employment Practices, E&O, Cyber, Surety, and Trade Credit. This hybrid role is based out of our Warren or New York City office, with three days in-office and two remote.

You bring high energy, a strong desire to learn and grow, and a passion for building new tools and capabilities in a rapidly expanding business.

What You’Ll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with Underwriting to support strategic initiatives
  • Develop and enhance rating models
  • Contribute to planning and portfolio strategy
  • Monitor portfolio pricing and risk
  • Support new product development

What You Bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience in the property-casualty insurance industry, with a background in commercial lines pricing
  • Demonstrated progress in passing actuarial exams
  • Advanced Excel Skills

  • Bonus points if you’re proficient in SQL, Excel VBA, Power BI, R, SAS, or Python

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $115,500 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
