What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented leader to drive operational excellence across our global sales organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in sales operations, business planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You should be passionate about building scalable processes, enabling data-driven decision-making, and partnering with senior leadership to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Growth
- Partner with the Managment and Sales executive team to define and execute strategic growth initiatives.
- Lead and manage global, high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, CS, Legal and Product leaders to align business goals and tools.
Operational Excellence & Performance Management
- Drive operational excellence across functions with a focus on process improvement, efficiency, and measurable business impact.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in sales processes, implementing scalable solutions that improve workflows and outcomes.
- Develop and oversee renewal strategies to maximize retention and recurring revenue.
- Oversee the end-to-end quote-to-cash process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Own forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue tracking, leveraging analytics and BI tools to enable data-driven decisions and performance optimization.
- Set clear KPIs and lead performance-focused initiatives to maximize results across all revenue-related functions.
- Design and implement scalable CRM-driven sales processes (Salesforce, Dealhub), ensuring adoption, data integrity, and continuous optimization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior business operational roles within global companies.
- Broad and versatile operational skill set, with the ability to adapt quickly and take ownership across diverse areas.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in building and managing dashboards, KPIs, and scalable processes.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and cross-functional projects
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and drive change.
