Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director to lead the human resources function across Delta Galil’s Israeli sites and support global HR initiatives. This role is a strategic and operational leadership position, responsible for driving people strategy, organizational development, and HR excellence in a complex, multi-site and multicultural environment.

The HR Director will work closely with senior leadership to align HR practices with business goals, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure consistency and compliance across locations. The role requires strong business acumen, a global mindset, and the ability to lead change and influence across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership
• Partner with executive and site leadership to shape and execute HR strategies that support business growth and transformation.
• Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Multi-Site HR Management
• Lead HR operations across Caesarea and Carmiel, ensuring alignment and consistency while adapting to local needs.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to implement corporate policies and practices across international sites.
• Talent & Organizational Development
• Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
• Promote a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Change Management & Transformation
• Lead organizational change efforts including restructuring, integration of new business units, and process optimization.
• Support digital transformation and HR technology implementation (e.g., Success Factor).
• Compliance & Operational Excellence
• Ensure HR compliance with local labor laws and global standards.
• Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to assess impact and drive improvements.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across departments and geographies.
• Serve as a bridge between global HR strategy and local execution.

Location: Caesarea & Carmiel, Israel

Travel Requirements: International travel to company sites is required

Requirements

• Proven experience (10+ years) in senior HR roles, preferably in global or multi-site organizations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and transformation.
• Deep understanding of Israeli labor law and international HR practices.
• Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments – an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
• Excellent English – both verbal and written – is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
