Sr Associate App/Prod Support

Job Description:

This position is part of a small but impactful team supporting internal SaaS platforms used by developers. It is not a typical support role strategic thinking, proactive improvements, and customer advocacy are key.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 13 operational support for internal dev-focused SaaS products.
• Investigate and resolve data integrity, integration, and usability issues.
• Collaborate with developers, team leads, and application owners.
• Monitor application health (alerting, availability, incident response).
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with internal clients.
• Translate client feedback into actionable insights.
• Drive operational excellence via automation, documentation, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical support, DevOps, or software engineering.
• Experience with software development tools (Git, CI/CD, observability platforms).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex environments (APIs, integrations, data pipelines).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to support cross-time-zone teams.
• Familiarity with logs, metrics, monitoring tools, and root cause analysis.
• Customer-first mindset.

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI/ML tools, especially LLMs and RAG-based systems.
• Familiarity with developer productivity metrics or engineering enablement platforms.
• Experience with internal tools or platform engineering teams.
