Roles & responsibilities
•Oversee and drive significant operations transformation projects in collaboration with Delivery Centers (DC) and the GBS Central Leadership Team. •Discover and execute opportunities for OpEx to achieve measurable results, ensuring delivery is within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget. •Conduct comprehensive research and secure buy-in for business cases. •Evaluate all facets of the current operating model, including people, processes, and technology, and work closely with service lines to design and implement the target operating model. •Identify and apply process improvement, automation, and right-shoring solutions using lean and other transformation methodologies. •Analyze business data to extract and develop actionable insights. •Facilitate problem-solving and brainstorming sessions with DCs. •Prepare analysis reports, design solutions, and other project deliverables, maintaining accountability for their timely completion and quality. •Manage change initiatives effectively to ensure seamless transitions with right level of stakeholder engagement. •Oversee and manage Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for processes to resolve issues swiftly.This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
Required:
•Graduate / Engineering background (REC/NIT/IIT etc.) •MBA from top tier colleges •Certified Six Sigma Master/Black BeltDesirable:
•PMP certified / PRINCE2 Practitioner •Other qualifications relating to data analytics/ Intelligent automationWork experience
•12-14 years of overall experience of which at least 5-8 years is in independently driving transformation projects for large global organizations or consulting firms. •Excellent knowledge and experience of leading global process transformation projects using lean/ six sigma tools and techniques. •Hands-on experience of identifying and implementing Intelligent Automation opportunities (process mining/ RPA/ AI/ workflow etc.) •Experience in developing global operating models leveraging onshore and offshore delivery centers. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Skilled in the use of data analysis tools and able to extract insights from complex data. •Excellent Project Management skills including ability to manage multiple workstreams/projects at the same time. •Experience working in a remote environment with various DCs as well as manage stakeholders in the US. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build stakeholder relationships.Associate Director
