QE - Test Engineer (Analyst)

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality.
• Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using testing tools and work closely with development teams to resolve them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, gather testing requirements, and provide test feedback.
• Participate in design and code reviews to understand the functionality and provide early feedback.
• Ensure that all testing activities align with company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree with 4 years of experience
• 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and methodologies.
• Familier with AI concepts
• Proficiency in test management software (e.g., JIRA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with specific testing tools relevant to the role, such as Selenium, Playwright,ETL,TOSCA  LoadRunner, etc.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Knowledge of CRM , ERP  systems like Salesforce , MSD,  Oracle systems would be advantageous 
• Good Knoweldge of programming languages  like Java, Python
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
