We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our growing product team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, operations, sales, and marketing—to help define, develop, and launch innovative products that address customer needs and drive business outcomes. This position is ideal for candidates with 2–6 years of experience who are looking to advance their career in product management and gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end product lifecycle.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Assist the Product Manager in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business goals, user research, and competitive analysis.
- Requirement Gathering: Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify pain points, collect requirements, and translate them into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Execution & Delivery: Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure timely development, testing, and release of product features. Track progress, resolve bottlenecks, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- User-Centric Approach: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather customer feedback to refine product features and ensure a superior user experience.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to support product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze product adoption and usage data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer support.
- Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear and comprehensive product documentation, and communicate product updates and plans to stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–6 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role within a technology-driven or product-focused organization.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
- Product Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, identify insights, and apply them to improve products.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with software development processes, APIs, cloud technologies, and ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product requirements and present ideas clearly.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across engineering, design, sales, and marketing.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and solving real customer problems.
