Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with project directors and country managers to align HR strategies with infrastructure development goals.
• Support workforce planning for large-scale, multi-phase projects across SEA.
• Lead the Recruitment function at HQ for our Staff team, and support for Project Key personnel positions may also be required.
• Support succession planning and career pathing for field and corporate roles.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and union agreements across the region.
• Local Payroll management in the Region.
• Manage employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and operational excellence.
• Oversee HR operations for project sites.
• Coordinate with site HR teams to ensure consistent policy implementation.
• Support expatriate and cross-border workforce mobility.
• Provide insights to leadership using dashboards and analytics tools.
• Recommend improvements based on data trends and project feedback.

Required Skills and Competencies

• 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors.
• Proven experience in regional HR roles across SEA.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations in SEA countries.
