Bar Manager

Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel chain in Greece, is seeking a Bar Manager to join its team for the season 2026. As a Bar Manager, you will lead and oversee the bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction taken care of by following the company’s SOPs. Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the bar staff, including bartenders and baristas
• Plan and coordinate bar operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies
• Create and update cocktail menus and beverage offerings
• Train and develop staff on mixology techniques, menu knowledge, and customer service skills
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Bar Manager in a high-volume bar or restaurant
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with staff and customers
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wine
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
• Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
