\ In the eCommerce Experience team you will:
- Work as the intersection between the sales and tech team.
- Manage brand relationships and support them in their experience with REVER.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, managing contract discussions and pricing proposals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within Italy.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Operations to ensure successful onboarding and implementation.
- Meet and exceed revenue and pipeline growth targets in the Spanish / Iberia region.
- Represent REVER at relevant industry events and trade shows in Italy to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
You have
- 3+ years of experience in account management or B2B sales, ideally in e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, or logistics.
- Proven track record of managing large clients, negotiating contracts and dealing with technical onboardings
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience with product demos.
- Confidence in engaging and influencing C-level decision-makers.
- Native-level Spanish and fluency in English (other languages like Italian or French are a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A data-driven approach to sales and business development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
