About the Role
The Senior Culture and Change Management Lead position is based at Forensicare’s Fairfield office site, located at the Thomas Embling Hospital.
This position reports directly to the Head of Culture, Communication and Organisational Development, and has multiple direct reports.
As the Senior Culture & Change Management Lead, you will:
• Lead the design and implementation of strategic culture and change.
• Provide expert consultancy on organisational development, including structure, systems and behavioural capability frameworks.
• Translate organisational strategy into practical development pathways by designing programs that build leadership, team effectiveness and psychological safety.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight to ensure safe effective and efficient delivery of services aligned with Forensicare’s values and priorities.
About You:
• Qualification in leadership, psychology or change management will be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating leadership development, behavioural capability, and change management workshops.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale organisational change initiatives using recognised methodologies (e.g. BCM, Prosci, PCI)
• Familiarity with project management principles, tools and lifecycle phases, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver strategic outcomes.
