Alvotech auglýsir eftir starfsfólki í þróunardeild mæliaðferða. Starfið býður upp á fjölbreytta tilraunastofuvinnu og kallar jafnt á bæði sjálfstæð vinnubrögð og liðsvinnu. Viðkomandi mun m.a. koma til með að útbúa sýni fyrir vökvaskiljur, rafdrætti, og massagreina ásamt því að sinna alls kyns mælingum og prófum eins og kornaprófum, litaprófum, og pH mælingum svo dæmi séu nefnd.

Nýir starfsmenn fá fulla þjálfun áður en þeir hefja störf.

Helstu Verkefni Og áByrgð:

• Útbúa og mæla sýni.
• Skrá og fara yfir niðurstöður.
• Útbúa almennar lausnir og stuðpúðalausnir.
• Þrífa, taka til og halda skipulagi inni á tilraunastofu.
• Halda utan um gler- og efnalager.
• Sjá um almennar vörupantanir á gler-, efna- og neysluvörum.
• Þjálfa aðra starfsmenn.
• Viðhalda einföldum tilraunastofutækjum eins og vigtum og pH mælum.

Menntunar- Og HæFniskröFur:

• Framhaldskólapróf eða reynsla af sambærilegum tilraunastofustörfum.
• Reynsla af sambærilegum tilraunastofustörfum er mjög mikill kostur en ekki krafa.
• Jákvætt hugarfar, framúrskarandi tíma- og skipulagsstjórnun, auga fyrir smáatriðum og nákvæm vinnubrögð.
• Mjög góð enskukunnátta, í rituðu og töluðu máli.
• Góð kunnátta í Microsoft Office.

Þróunardeild mæliaðferða tilheyrir sviði rannsókna og þróunar hjá Alvotech. Helstu verkefni deildarinnar eru að þróa og gilda mæliaðferðir, greina sýni í þágu rannsókna og þróunar, og styðja aðrar deildir með rannsókna- og þróunarvinnu, meðal annars í tengslum við samskipti við lyfjayfirvöld.

Alvotech's Analytical R&D Physicochemical Assays department is hiring entry-level Analytical R&D Technicians. The selected candidates will be involved in a wide variety of laboratory work, both independently and as part of a team.

The selected candidates will, among other things, prepare samples for liquid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, and mass spectrometry, as well as perform compendial testing, including visual inspection, color/clarity, pH, and more.

New employees will receive full training before starting independent work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze samples to support research and development.
• Review and complete laboratory documentation.
• Prepare solutions and buffers.
• Organize and clean laboratory.
• Perform stock checks and order glassware, chemicals, and consumables as needed.
• Provide technical training and support.
• Maintain basic laboratory equipment such as balances, pH meters, etc.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or relevant laboratory work experience.
• Relevant professional experience is highly advantageous but not a requirement.
• Positive mindset, excellent time management skills, organizational skills, attention to detail and precise working habits.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

The Analytical R&D Physicochemical Assays department is part of the R&D organization within Alvotech. The main role is to develop and validate analytical methods, analyze samples as part of research and analytical development programs, participate in execution of analytical strategies, and support preparation of all regulatory documentation.
