Leaders motivate employees servicing our corporate customer and colleagues to drive Customer First, engagement and product value to deepen loyalty. Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a team of representatives that handle any/all aspects of customer accounts, including escalations, assist, inquiries, and problem resolution. Cultivates and maintains on-going customer relationships.Minimum Qualifications:- Hybrid role located in Phoenix Desert Ridge Center leading a team of 8-10 colleagues based in US & India
- Flexibility is critical and shifts would be determined after training (Monday through Friday 5AM-5PM EST)
- Prior experience working in Corporate Servicing ( PA Servicing experience will be preferred )
- Proven track record of driving extraordinary Customer Service
- Excellent Coaching and negotiation skills
- Personal Accountability
- Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels including presentation and public speaking skills
- Innovative Mindset
- Flexibility to work 1st and 2nd shift (Shifts will vary based on business needs.)
- Proficient in Digital Servicing
- Ability to analytically decipher data
- Demonstrated ability to champion customer issues while maintaining support for AMEX
- Reliable – Self Starter who can work independently and as a team-player
- Change agent/Resilient
- 1 + years of prior leadership experience required
Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
