We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior BI Engineer to join our data team. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their career in business intelligence and analytics while gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading tools like Tableau.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in building and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports for various teams.
  

• Work with senior BI engineers and analysts to gather business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
  

• Support data preparation, cleaning, and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  

• Monitor existing dashboards and reports, making improvements for usability and performance.
  

• Document BI processes, data definitions, and reporting standards.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Tableau (coursework, internships, or prior projects).
  

• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
  

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  

• Good communication skills to explain data insights in a clear, simple way.
  

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the BI/analytics space.
  

• Exposure to ETL processes or data integration tools, knowledge of GIT for code versioning, or Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.) is a plus
