Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced bilingual sales professional to make a significant impact in the thriving Miami real estate market. You’ll be working with a global team to connect Spanish-speaking prospects with premium Miami properties, utilising both company-generated leads and your own network to drive sales success. The role offers the perfect blend of relationship building, cross-cultural communication, and high-earning potential in one of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets, with comprehensive product training and ongoing support to ensure your success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic cold calling campaigns to Spanish-speaking prospects interested in Miami real estate investments
- Generate and nurture leads through your personal databases and professional connections throughout Latin America
- Follow up on high-quality marketing campaign leads provided by the company’s multi-channel advertising efforts
- Schedule property viewings and presentations, then guide prospects through the complete sales process to closing
- Master the company’s comprehensive Miami real estate product portfolio through provided training programs
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients throughout their investment journey
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven real estate sales experience (US market experience highly preferred but not mandatory)
- Native-level fluency in both Spanish and English with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Demonstrated track record of success in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Strong experience with cold calling techniques and appointment setting strategies
- Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time business hours
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity for working with Latin American clients
