We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative to manage client communications for our immigration law practice. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with potential clients via high-volume outbound calls, with leads generated primarily from our social media platforms.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, professionally handling inbound calls, responding to inquiries, and representing our firm's values.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our immigration law services. Your primary objective is to convert warm leads into paying clients by highlighting how our legal team can meet their specific needs.
  • Efficiently schedule and book client consultations directly into our internal system, managing calendar invites and ensuring a smooth hand-off to the legal team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and sales activities, contributing to our overall client management and reporting efforts
Requirements
  • Complete fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, with exceptional verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role, with a track record of effectively converting leads and handling client objections.
  • Must be a skilled and persuasive communicator who can build rapport quickly and clearly articulate the value of our legal services.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with experience in scheduling and managing a busy calendar.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and a high level of empathy when dealing with sensitive client matters.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, scheduling tools, and other digital communication platforms.
  • A results-driven self-starter who can work independently to meet and exceed conversion targets.

Note: To foster engagement and clear communication, team members are required to keep their cameras on throughout the entire shift. This helps maintain a collaborative and professional remote work environment.
