Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to become the backbone of a specialized e-commerce operation in the golf industry. You’ll take ownership of product listings across multiple high-traffic platforms, manage inventory systems, and provide excellent customer service to golf enthusiasts. This role offers the perfect blend of e-commerce expertise and potential golf industry knowledge, allowing you to work independently while making a direct impact on daily business operations. You’ll have the flexibility to work on your preferred schedule while being an integral part of a growing business that serves the passionate golf community.


Responsibilities
  • Create and manage product list inventory across Shopify, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and Instagram
  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking and management using Google Spreadsheets
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service support
  • Coordinate daily with the business owner to receive new product information and listing priorities
  • Process and organize product photos and descriptions for optimal online presentation
  • Monitor and update inventory levels across all sales platforms
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations
  • Tracking orders in real time and providing information about the location
  • Replying to inquiries

Requirements

  • Proven experience with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, eBay, and Facebook Marketplace
  • Strong proficiency with Google Spreadsheets for data management and tracking
  • Excellent written communication skills for customer service interactions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting daily objectives
  • Reliable internet connection and availability for daily check-in meetings
  • Golf industry knowledge or interest strongly preferred but not required
  • Detail-oriented approach to inventory management and product listings
  • Comfortable working flexible hours while maintaining consistent daily communication
