Research Specialist (ZR_27283_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• 20 hours per week
  
• Monday to Friday, flexible between 9 am - 3 pm Hillsborough, CA
  
• Client Timezone: PST (Pacific Standard Time)
  

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted market research to identify potential lawyers, accountants, and other relevant professionals for collaboration.
  
• Gather and analyze information about professional services, including typical fees, pricing structures, and service offerings.
  
• Coordinate and arrange meetings with identified professionals, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication.
  
• Participate in meetings when needed to capture important details and provide summaries.
  
• Compile research findings into organized reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  
• Support broader market research activities to inform strategic decisions and partnerships.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in market research, business development support, or a related role.
  
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Ability to manage outreach, scheduling, and follow-ups with professionalism.
  
• Proficiency in using online research tools, databases, and standard office software.
  
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
  
• Familiarity with U.S. business and professional service markets is an advantage.
