Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls during weekend hours (Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sydney time)
- Gather and record detailed information about customer plumbing needs
- Schedule service appointments directly into the booking system
- Handle varying call volumes (4–20 calls per weekend, avg. 2–3 minutes per call)
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments
- Escalate urgent customer needs to the appropriate team members
- Represent the company with professionalism and excellent service
- Experience in receptionist, administrative, or customer service roles
- Excellent phone communication skills with clear, professional English
- Ability to work independently and reliably during Sydney weekend hours
- Computer proficiency to navigate booking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Flexibility to handle varying call volumes consistently
