Your Team

You will be working in the IT Category & Sourcing team directly reporting to the Head of IT Software Category & Sourcing. The team is part of the Supply Chain organization, a function in Group Real Estate and Supply Chain (GRESC). Supply Chain was created to enhance value identification and delivery within GRESC, supporting UBS with its third party vendor management as well as with its Real Estate and Outsourcing footprint.

Your Expertise

• • ideally 10+ relevant experience as a Sourcing or Category Manager or in a similar role
• • expert in deal negotiations for large and complex services and experienced in outsourcing methodologies, contracts and commercial models
• • experience of working with large service providers and vendors
• • excellent stakeholder management skills
• • detail orientated with structured, organized, methodical planning skills
• • eager to learn, highly driven and motivated with a can–do attitude
• • initiative and drive as well as the ability to work independently
• • collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with staff from a diverse mix of backgrounds and cultures

Salary Information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $140000 to $180000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
