Your team

You will work closely with dedicated and skilled Group Legal colleagues in Australia and will be a member of the APAC Corporate Secretary team. We manage our work independently but are also close team players, and we pride ourselves on collaborating with each other to maintain efficient and high-quality deliverables.

Your expertise

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills and fluency in English. Proficiency in one or more Southeast Asian languages will be considered favorably.

• Thorough knowledge of Australian, SEA and/or Singapore Companies Act requirements and associated laws and regulations, regulatory processes and corporate compliance requirements.

• Requires demonstrated competency in company secretarial practices and sound corporate secretarial experience gained from a professional firms or peer organization. Qualification attained in corporate governance and/or company secretarial skillset is preferred. Legal qualification will also be considered advantageous.

• Excellent drafting, analytical and interpretation skills.

• Strong communication, effective interpersonal and advisory skills.

• Motivated and self-driven, possess initiative to drive projects and able to work autonomously, prioritise and manage time effectively.

• Ability to work under pressure and independently.

• Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, take pride in your work with dedication to quality.
