What You’Ll Do:
- Ensure seamless onsite IT support by fulfilling IMACD requests, resolving incidents promptly, and minimizing downtime for end-users and VIPs.
- Maintain operational readiness of customer sites by managing depots, spare devices, infrastructure, and enforcing security measures to protect IT assets.
- Enable business continuity through effective handling of PC refresh projects, device lifecycle management, and coordination of vendor interventions for complex issues.
- Support compliance and governance by keeping asset records accurate, adhering to disposal and security standards, and assisting in audits and risk-related activities.
- Foster strong collaboration with customers, vendors, and internal teams during major incidents, refresh activities, and day-to-day service delivery.
Requirements
What You Need
- Proven experience in onsite IT support, including IMACD, break-fix resolution, and deskside assistance.
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, printer support, and PC refresh activities.
- Familiarity with asset management tools, ticketing/incident management systems, and IT service processes.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, follow escalation paths, and support VIP users with professionalism.
- Understanding of compliance, security, and corporate policies related to IT asset handling and disposal.
- Good organizational skills for managing depots, spare parts inventory, and logistical tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with end-users, vendors, and internal teams.
