Rogers Group is currently seeking a Treasury Supervisor to join our Finance team and take ownership of critical cash management and treasury operations. This role will play a key part in managing daily cash flows, overseeing revolver borrowings, coordinating intercompany cash activity, and maintaining key treasury systems and processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and forecast daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts and entities.

  • Initiate and track cash transfers, wires, and ACH payments.

  • Manage revolver borrowings and repayments to optimize liquidity and minimize interest expense.

  • Track compliance with debt covenants and reporting requirements.

  • Coordinate intercompany funding, lease payments, and cash settlements.

  • Maintain intercompany balances and support monthly close processes.

  • Administer the corporate PCard system, including user setup, policy enforcement, and reporting. 

  • Administer company merchant services process, including setups and replacements, transaction processing, adherence to contract requirements, and reconciliations.

  • Ensure accurate and timely treasury-related journal entries and documentation.

  • Prepare and reconcile monthly cash activity to the general ledger.

  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end reporting packages and cash flow analysis.

  • Manage local banking relationships for quarry operations, including account maintenance, deposit activity, and service issues.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a treasury, corporate finance, or accounting role.

  • Strong understanding of cash flow mechanics, banking systems, and debt facilities.

  • Experience with PCard and merchant services programs and TMS systems a plus.

  • High proficiency in Excel & banking portals.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Experience leading people and processes for effective operations. This role includes one direct report.
