About the role.
The Workforce Management Specialist will play a crucial role in resource optimization and allocation for all shops across Bay–Attune – Amplifon (One Australia). You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to effectively manage resources and ensure all shops are covered at all times to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Resource Allocation:
- Ensure optimal coverage for all One Australia stores through monthly and quarterly planning
- Coordinate staff movement to ensure operations run smoothly and all locations are covered
- Continuously review staff allocation and plan for sick leave, maternity leave cover and any other fluctuations that may arise
Forecasting
- Manpower forecast: monthly, quarterly, yearly: work together with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition Team to plan for hires and other gaps identified
Scheduling:
- Monitor real time data on shop performance to adjust the manpower required to contribute to the shop / area /state’s performance success
- Create rosters, shifts if / where applicable;
- Work closely with HRBPs to monitor return to work and submit CWC forms where required
Other
- Maintain open communication between shops and back-office managements
- Create monthly dashboard / reports on manpower fluctuations / points of difference / points of improvement
- Provide data based recommendation to the leadership in regards to manpower planning and hiring, training needs
- Monitor stores KPIs related to manpower allocation
About You:
- Bachelor’s in HR Management, Data Science or other related field
- Expertise in Manpower Planning, Resource Allocation or similar
- Excellent knowledge of Office package, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in industries and Projects where customer satisfaction is the key
- Advance Excel, Power Bi, Tableau
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands with a customer-focused and outcomes-cantered approach
- Experience in working in a matrix organization
- Demonstrated understanding of HR, forecasting, fast paced environments
