Customer Insights & Segmentation:

  • Oversee the development of advanced customer segmentation models to personalize campaigns effectively.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify key customer needs and opportunities for engagement

 

Cross-Sell/Upsell & Growth Optimization

  • Develop a structured cross-selling and upselling framework based on customer needs
  • Create personalized product recommendation models using predictive analytics
  • Design and implement bundled policy offerings with clear value propositions
  • Establish a member-get-member (MGM) program with appropriate incentives
  • Track cross-sell conversion rates and CLTV uplift monthly.

 

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in CRM, customer segmentation, or data analytics roles.
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies, CRM systems, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software including SalesForce, and data analysis tools.
