Job Description

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

  • Monitor alarms and CCTV across global offices and events, escalting issues to Security Officers and following SOPs to ensure compliance
  • Identify and escalate threats and risks to business operations and employee safety, including verifying wellbeing through direct communication.
  • Support travel risk workflows by triaging and escalating high-risk travel incidents
  • Provide emergency and critical assistance to employees during incidents such as P0 events, harrassment, fire, unauthorised access and more 
  • Respond professionally and compassionately to calls and Slack messages, delivering high-quality customer service
  • Redirect non-security queries to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Operate key security systems including C-Cure 9000, Mission Control, and Genetec.
  • Create accurate and timely reports for incidents and events to support investigations
  • Log all contact made with the Global Operations Centre (GOC) and report system faults or outages

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • A valid CCTV licence
  • Flexibility to work days & nights
  • The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
